SAVE On Student Debt is a new campaign to help borrowers save money on their student loan payments by enrolling in the U.S. Department of Education’s new income-driven repayment plan — the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan.
Launched in August 2023, the campaign will help give borrowers more breathing room on their monthly student loan payments, get out from under the burden of student loan debt, and bring students and borrowers closer to achieving their dreams.
SAVE on Student Debt is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Education, Civic Nation, UnidosUS, Rise, Student Debt Crisis Center, Young Invincibles, National Urban League and the NAACP.
