What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in education. For the last 50 years, Title IX has opened doors to equal opportunities for women in the classroom, on the playing field, and beyond. Title IX also protects students from campus sexual assault and supports survivors when it happens. As we look to the next 50 years of Tile IX, let’s ensure that every student is able to graduate free from sexual assault.
